Who will receive a notification?
Some actions are worth an email notification. The following actions trigger an email notification:
- New comment
- New ads uploaded to an ad set
- Ad set approved
- Comment (un)resolved
Team members that are associated to a client, will by default receive notifications. Other users that are active in that comment thread will by default receive a notification in case of a new comment or resolving the comment.
Logged in team members are always in control. For example, when you leave a comment, you will see the number of people who will get an email notification.
Clicking that text will open a modal where you can edit the people. Add or remove team members, or add or remove external emails.
