New release: more flexibility for your preview pages

We’ve just rolled out a few new features to give you more control over how you share ads with clients.

Download only after approval

You can now use an optional setting to make files downloadable only after the client has approved them first.

This is useful when you want to keep final files protected until sign-off is complete. It helps avoid clients downloading files too early, before feedback and approval are fully done.

How to use it: open Page settings, enable Files download, and then select Allow download only after approval.

Hide files on the preview page

Need to temporarily remove a few files from the client view? You can now hide files on the preview page without deleting or removing them from the campaign.

That means you can keep working in the background, while only showing the files that are ready for review.

How to use it: in your campaign, hover over the file and click the eye icon to hide or show it on the preview page.

Set a background color per campaign

If you use White-label, you already know you can set a background color for your preview pages to match your brand.

Now you can also override that color per campaign. This gives you more flexibility when a different background helps the ads stand out better, or simply fits that campaign better.

How to use it: open Page settings for the campaign and choose a custom Background color there.
