Today we have released an update to the well-known ‘unread comments’ counter on the platform. This counter shows you the number of comments, unread by you. We have made some improvements to make it better reflect your use-case.
The number in the badge now reflects the number of unresolved comments, that are not read by you. Hmm, so what did we change exactly? If a team member has a comment already resolved, it won’t be part of your counter anymore. Regardless if you have read or unread that comment. So now you shouldn’t have issues with an unnecessary high comment counter anymore.
